Cara Mudah Meningkatkan Metabolisma


Bila nak mula diet? kenapa nak diet? sbb badan dah rasa berat, kulit pun dah makin teruk sbb banyak makan makanan manis, pemakanan tak jaga. Lemak pun sangat gembira dan membiak dengan jayanya. Nak nak pulak badan jenis metabolisma tak tinggi, so pembakaran kalori sangat lah rendah. Aku rasa mcm nak mula diet balik, laki aku pon dah lama ajak aku diet balik, sbb kami sama sama dah membesar dgn jayanya. hahaha. Tapi 1st of all, kena DETOX dulu. detox cara suami aku senang je, hari hari minum Lemon Suam, simple, tu pun boleh lost 2kg.

Kadar metabolisma kita lain lain, kenapa org yg kurus tu, mkn 2 pinggan nasi pon still kurus? kenapa kita mkn 2 senduk pon badan naik, kenapa? sbb org kata kadar metabolisma kita rendah. Tapi ada cara untuk meningkatkan kadar metabolism kita. Meh nak share.

Build Muscle

Also, snack on fresh fruits and vegetables, which naturally contain water, rather than pretzels or chips. - untuk aku, 8 gelas je dah cukup, paling banyak aku boleh pergi 2000ml, kalau tak, aku kena pinjam pampers princess.hahaha.

Some ingredients in energy drinks can give your metabolism a boost. They're full of caffeine, which increases the amount of energy your body uses. They sometimes have taurine, an amino acid. Taurine can speed up your metabolism and may help burn fat. But using these drinks can cause problems like high blood pressure, anxiety, and sleep issues for some people. The American Academy of Pediatrics doesn’t recommend them for kids and teens. - ni kadang-kadang


Snack Smart

Eating more often can help you lose weight. When you eat large meals with many hours in between, your metabolism slows down between meals. Having a small meal or snack every 3 to 4 hours keeps your metabolism cranking, so you burn more calories over the course of a day.   4. perbicaraan tentang nak diet baru je ku bentangkan dengan my husband semalam.
    Dia cakap daripada petang2 lepas kerja u lepak kat kedai mamak dgn kawan2 & bazir duit, better u pergi jogging. setengah jam pun jadilah untuk setiap hari.. lagi elok kalau dapat 5 round tasik ampang hilir.. lagi cepat kurus.

  7. untungnya ada hubby leh bagi tips-tips segala siap ingatkan itu ini.. Pokchik i ollss tu suh makan-makan-makan je tahu.. kul 10 malam pun suh makan.. stress betul..!! hahahahahaa... :)
